remembering the days

watching the videos posted evoked a sense of nostalgia in me, with all the good and bad memories resurfacing. since i have no video of my own, i shall put my memories in words.

here are the good:

1. the off-pitched name calling
"initial! lompang me homeee!"

2. speaking of initial, his ninja-style disappearance
"hur where he ninja to?"

3. tim and his radio that is ever playing
"baby if you strip, you can get a tip, cos i like you just the way you are..."

4. btw tq thinks that 'the way i are' sounds tamil
yah and gopi will sing it with karthigan right

5. aslan and his comfy double mattress bed
wait i think he has two beds. well at least he keeps them neat and tidy, unlike someone
who couldnt even handle one bed

6. kaiyang and his futile attempts to keep his relationship under wraps, and oc catching him on
the phone at jurong island while on duty

7. edwin and his soft side
"hiii wei jie..."

8. well most of platoon two (eugene, alistair...) caught that too

9. tq and his outstanding determination to study for As
"nights off. dota?"

10. tq and his alien eyes

11. eugenes and his impersonation of lin hang's 'wah tin' and remix of aik thong's chinese dance

12. playing iskandar's psp as if it belongs to everyone except iskandar himself
"iskandar! peeasspeee!"

13. warrant ow's polite car search
that is a classic man...


and here are the bad:

1. aik thong's bed

2. aik thong's alarm ring

(for simplicity sake i shall refer to aik thong as he/him/his)

3. his going around the bunk naked

4. his 'dude!'

5. his 'sedia!'

6. his ineptness at pro evolution soccer
his last game was a 3-0 loss to me

of course, the list is not exhaustive, and by that i refer to the list of bad memories. (i put this in last minute cos he just f***** me on msn) but the good memories have to outnumber the bad, cos in army we are l.i.v.ing to be our best, isnt it?
